A Smile Script is a personalised product recommendation created by your clinician. Receiving a Smile Script does not constitute medical advice and does not replace a clinical consultation. You are under no obligation to purchase any recommended product.

Orders placed through DentalDrop Shop are fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment details you provide are valid and authorised.

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@dentaldropshop.com.

Your patient account is created automatically when your clinician sends you a Smile Script. You access it via a secure magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

By registering your practice, you confirm that you are a qualified dental professional regulated by the General Dental Council (GDC) or equivalent regulatory body, and that you have authority to bind your practice to these Terms.

Access to the Smile Script sending feature requires an active monthly subscription at £39.99/month per practice. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

When sending a Smile Script you share patient personal data (name and email) with us. You confirm that you have a lawful basis for this disclosure under UK GDPR and that your patients are aware their data may be shared for the purpose of the Smile Script service. You agree to the Data Processing Agreement set out in our Privacy Policy.

You earn commission on purchases made by patients through their Smile Scripts. Commission rates are as agreed at the time of registration and displayed in your dashboard. DentalDrop Shop reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Commission payments are made manually by DentalDrop Shop and are subject to a minimum threshold.

You may not use DentalDrop Shop to recommend products you have not professionally assessed as appropriate for the specific patient, to engage in any form of misleading or inappropriate patient communication, or in any way that violates GDC standards of conduct.
